1. What is Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club?

Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club is a cherished dream of His Highness Sayyid Kais bin Tarik Al Said. Once completed the entire Project will consist of an 18 hole Championship grassed golf course minimally surrounded by residential housing. Residents will have the added advantage of living close to the uniquely designed Club house. The Golf Course has been delicately crafted around the natural Omani mountain ranges to produce the first course of its kind within the Middle East.

Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club is located near Muscat International Airport and Oman Air's main office. Within minutes from major shopping areas, first class restaurants, hospitals, international schools and Muscat's main Central Business District.
 
3. Who designed the course?

The course was designed by internationally renowned Paul Thomas of Dave Thomas Associates and is being constructed by Southern Golf UK.
 
4. Will it be a membership based private club or will it be open to the public?

Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club will be a private club, but green fee golf play will also be permitted. Different levels of memberships will be available, by invitation only.
 
5. What type of facilities will the clubhouse have?

The clubhouse will have an extensive array of facilities including bars, restaurants, members' rooms, gym, library and a billiards room.
 
6. Can you use the clubhouse facilities without being a member?

Clubhouse facilities will be available to members and their guests only.
