Yes, on February 19th 2006 His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said promulgated a Royal Decree granting all nationalities the right to purchase freehold property in Oman in areas classified as "Integrated Tourism Complexes" (Muscat Hills is the very first ITC in the country). |
| 2. Do property owners receive residential visas? |
Residence rights are guaranteed to the freehold property owner by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman directly. |
| 3. What facilities and amenities are included with the planned villas and apartments? |
Residents will enjoy the pristine surroundings of a championship grass golf course, grassed driving range complete with a professional golf academy, and an extensive country club. The apartments and villas are modern in design and situated around the golf course. |
| 4. When may I come and have a look at the project or do I have to make a appointment? |
A prior appointment is recommended for visiting Muscat Hills. Unsupervised visits to the project site are not permitted, for safety reasons.
